How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer two delivery options for UK orders:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — 3 to 5 business days
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — 1 to 2 business days
Orders are dispatched the next working day after your order is placed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order at checkout. Prices start from £1.80 for small items that fit into an envelope and increase based on the total weight of your order. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is coming soon, sign up to our mailing list to be notified when it launches.

Our bottle is 500ml capacity and fits most standard car cup holders and gym bag pockets. It measures approximately 27 x 7cm.
Is the water bottle leak-proof?

How do I clean the water bottle?
We recommend hand washing inside your bottle with warm soapy water and letting air dry. The bottle is not dishwasher safe.
What are the Silicone Travel Sleeves made from?
Our silicone sleeves are made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone. They are designed to protect your toiletry bottles during travel and prevent leaks in your luggage.
Will the Silicone Sleeves fit my existing bottles?
Our sleeves are designed to fit standard travel-size toiletry bottles. Please check the product dimensions on the listing to ensure compatibility with your bottles.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our products come beautifully packaged and make a great gift as they are!
